Fraud Analyst (FT)

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to join our e-commerce fraud analysis team. The desired candidate should be very detail oriented.  They must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.  They must have the ability to identify and prevent fraud to minimize loss for our company.  Experience is preferred but not required.  The right candidate will be trained to Boscov’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze potentially fraudulent e-commerce orders and make decisions to release for fulfillment, hold for further review, or cancel due to fraud
• Use multiple applications to perform job duties
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and internal parties
• Work closely with the Lead Analyst

Experience/ Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced & goal oriented environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Desire to learn additional skills
• Full time schedule– Saturday or Sunday required.
