Overview

• Review project documentation and execute the plans laid out in AV design documents (including the ability to understand signal flows and be able to read a schematic)
  

• Operate, install, configure, and commission equipment such as displays, loudspeakers, control panels, microphones, lighting, rigging, cables, etc. (put a show file together, assemble racks, create a couple of lighting looks, set up cameras, align projectors, etc.)
  

• Knowledge of how to integrate AV Systems onto a network
  

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and correct your own work - as well as general troubleshooting skills
  

• Pulling, dressing, and terminating AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) and Networking cables
  

• Access and use vendor tech support
  

• Report to site lead or project manager the status of tasks assigned
  

• Maintain safe, neat, and tidy work areas throughout the project
  

• Load and unload vehicles for installs and deliveries
  

• Adhere to OSHA standards for all phases of the job ​
  

• Complete support calls, including: remote support, on site support, troubleshooting etc. This includes supporting our past projects and existing AV systems our clients need assistance with.
