As a Freight Brokerage Sales Representative, you will play a high-impact role, driving new business growth by engaging with customers through phone and email. We are looking for high-energy, results-driven individuals who love to sell and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, customer service, and operations. Equipped with the necessary tools and resources, you will have the autonomy to develop and execute an entry strategy targeting truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) customers. This salary plus uncapped commission position will report to the Director of Transportation and will require in-office work located in Dallas, Texas.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients
Prospect, generate leads, and land new accounts while expanding opportunities with current customers
Learn how to sell, negotiate, and close customers in a competitive, fast-paced environment
Utilize cutting-edge tools to track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with a variety of teams ensuring smooth transactions and world-class service
Identify opportunities to improve our offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
Develop creative approaches to onboard, retain, and grow new customer accounts

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree OR relevant freight brokerage experience.
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience – no experience? No problem! If you have the right drive, we’ll train you.
Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, at a desk in front of a computer screen.
Proficient use of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, as well as the ability to type, scroll, and click efficiently.
Occasional light lifting and carrying of objects up to 20 pounds, such as office supplies or small equipment.
Ability to move within an office, including occasional walking, bending, reaching, and climbing short flights of stairs.
Clear communication, both verbal and written, including phone conversations, virtual meetings, and face-to-face.
Adequate vision to read documents, use computer screens, and navigate office space.
Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise, such as printers, telephones, and office conversations.
