Fricke's Bar-Lead Cook

Fricke's is a small local bar with a set menu, great drinks, and a welcoming vibe. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Cook who enjoys cooking consistently delicious food and being part of a close-knit team that keeps our guests coming back.

Responsibilities:

• Cook menu items daily with consistency and care


• Prep ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  


• Occasionally assist with inventory and ordering

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment
  


• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations


• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required


• Creativity and passion for cooking
