Are you an experienced Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide looking for a position that truly rewards your skills and dedication? Join our office team as a Triage Caregiver at Home Care Assistance! In this role, you will have the opportunity to triage training and client needs on 12-hour work shifts every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. You will provide support and assistance in daily living and personal care services in client homes, following an established care plan.

Responsibilities:

• • Triage training and client needs
• • Provide support and assistance in daily living activities
• • Assist with personal care services in client homes
• • Follow established care plans

Requirements:

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide
• Ability to adapt daily to the needs of clients
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Able to work with pets and smokers
• Ability to transfer up to 150 pounds using assistive devices
• Able to travel throughout  Albuquerque  and surrounding areas
