Front Counter Crew Member

Pay: $16.00–$17.50/hr for adults (based on experience); $14.00/hr for team members under 18.

We're hiring Front Crew Members to take orders, run food, keep the dining room and drive-thru moving, and make every guest feel welcome. No experience needed. We'll train you on everything. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and availability.

Pay:

• Performance reviews at 90 days, at 6 months from hire, then every 6 months. Raises are earned through performance. They are not automatic.

What you'll do:

• Greet guests and take orders at the counter and drive-thru
• Run food and check every order for accuracy
• Keep the dining room, beverage area, and restrooms clean and stocked
• Work as a team so every guest leaves happy

• A genuine smile and a friendly attitude
• Shows up on time, every time
• Good availability. Evenings and weekends are a big plus.
• Willing to learn and to help wherever the team needs it
