Front Desk Agent – Hotel McCoy Tucson

Hotel McCoy Tucson is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties and is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, hospitality, and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out
Assisting guests with reservations, questions, and local recommendations
Bartending (beer and wine service) in our lobby/bar area
Preparing simple food items, including grilled cheese
Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and engaging front desk and common area

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
Must obtain Title 4 Certification (Arizona alcohol service) prior to hire
Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card prior to hire
