We are excited to invite a dynamic and results-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, located in stunning Jackson Hole, WY. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional passionate about hospitality and sales to contribute to the growth and success of our distinguished properties while enjoying the breathtaking scenery and vibrant community of Jackson.

The Job

As the Front Desk Agent, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the face of the arrival team. In this position, you will assist our guests with check-in, out and any request they have during their stay. Your standard response will become “yes, absolutely!”.

• Previous hotel front desk and SMS computer experience recommended.
• Ability to resolve problems.
