What You Will Do

Welcome guests and provide efficient, friendly check-in and check-out
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
Answer phones and assist guests with information about the hotel and the York area
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Balance and manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and lobby area
Deliver the service standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotel

What We Are Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
Dependable and punctual
Basic computer skills
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Hotel experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person
