Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming experience, directing customers to the appropriate department, managing incoming calls, and supporting daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member.
Assist customers with general questions and basic dealership information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and dealership communications.
Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Monitor customer traffic and notify sales or service staff when customers arrive.
Support dealership events, promotions, and special projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
