Our Front Desk team serves as the foundation of the patient experience. Team members balance patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and phone communication while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout the day.

This role supports patients throughout their visit by handling registration, insurance verification, scheduling, payment collection, and check-out procedures.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to putting patients first.
