Role: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Type: Full-time, 100% On-Site (Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm)

Duration: Temporary

Pay: $17+ per hour

MMG is seeking a friendly, patient, and customer service-oriented individual to join our client's team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to provide exceptional front desk customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors: Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and direct them to the correct office or person.


• Answering phone calls: Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the correct department or personnel.


• Handling mail: Receive, sort, and deliver mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.


• Providing administrative support: Perform basic filing and recordkeeping and make copies.
  Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy.
  


• Providing customer service: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.


• Have strong communication and organizational skills.


• Able to multitask and manage time well.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and have a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities


• Must have prior administrative/front desk experience.


• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills


• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
