We’re seeking a front desk receptionist, "Patient Care Coordinator," to be a welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your role will be to support patients through every step of their visit—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism


• Manage scheduling of new patients, recalls, and treatment follow-ups


• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate patient records


• Communicate treatment plans clearly and support patient understanding


• Use technology (dental software, tablets, digital forms) to streamline processes


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area


• Collaborate with the Office Manager and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly


• Stay compliant with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient-first mindset


• 6 months minimum dental or healthcare experience is strongly recommended


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
