Front Desk Staff Member

Alliance Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Staff member to join our growing practice!

Responsibilities include:

• Checking patients in and out


• Answering phones and routing messages to nursing staff


• Scheduling appointments


• Updating patient demographic and insurance information


• Collecting copays and providing general clerical support

Schedule & Location:

• Full time: Monday–Friday


• No nights, weekends, or holidays


• Work locations include East Lansing and Mason (rotation may be required)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Strong customer service skills


• Medical office experience preferred but not required
