About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at a premier client site in Downers Grove, Illinois. As the face of the facility, you’ll create a welcoming first impression by greeting and checking in members, answering questions, and connecting them with programs and services that support their wellness journey.

Schedule: This position is on-call and will provide coverage on weekend and evening shifts, must be flexible

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous customer service experience a plus.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Flu vaccination required.

Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
