The 229 Boutique style Hollywood Beach Marriott, located directly on Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, is looking for highly organized candidates for the position of Front Desk Supervisor. In addition to undertaking various procedural and administrative duties, the best Front Desk Supervisor will have tremendous patience when dealing with desk agents and guests. Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for guests.


• Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support to enhance guest relations and service quality.


• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel or resort.


• Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency while promoting a positive guest experience.


• Monitor front desk inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.


• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and excellence in guest service.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is essential.


• Strong background in hospitality management is preferred, with an emphasis on resort or hotel environments.


• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.


• Proficient phone etiquette and customer service skills are required to handle inquiries professionally.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus but not mandatory
