Front Desk Supervisor – TPI Hospitality

Location: Residence Inn by Marriott – Roseville, MN

Position: Full-Time|Front Desk Supervisor

Shift: Full-time schedule

• Mix of AM and PM shifts

• AM shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• PM shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Scheduled workdays: Thursday through Monday

• Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

• Weekend availability required

Pay: $18/hr to $21/hr

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests


•  Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services


•  Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly


•  Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments


•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
