Responsibilities

• Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.


• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and room assignments.


• Maintain accurate records of nightly activities and report any discrepancies.

Requirements
