Front of House Day Time Supervisor

As a Front of House Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our dining room and service counter. You will guide and mentor our team members to ensure every guest interaction reflects our Top 5 Brand Framework:

Key Responsibilities

• Open the FOH and ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for service.


• Manage FOH assignments and priorities based upon the direction of the GM. Assignments include designating server sections, side work and other daily FOH responsibilities.


• Provide a steady, visible leadership presence throughout the shift.


• Support servers and FOH staff throughout shifts, assisting with POS questions and issues.


• Monitor service flow and food expo, step in to support the team during busy periods.


• Help ensure proper execution of service standards, restaurant procedures, and guest service expectations.


• Address routine guest concerns professionally and communicate staffing, service, guest, and operational challenges to GM.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant FOH supervisory experience.


• Strong understanding of restaurant service and FOH operations & POS systems.


• Strong communications and leadership skills.


• Reliable, organized, and able to maintain consistent presence on the floor.


• Able to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.


• Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable to established standards.


• Ability to work effectively with a hands-on-approach, willing to jump in and help wherever needed. A collaborative team player.


• Serve Safe certified or retaining certification upon hire.

• HourlyRange: $20-$23, hourly
