Front of house lead

1 year of experience preferred in leadership, customer service, and cash handling.

Job duties require:

-high school diploma

-delegation and leadership of staff on shift

-customer service (greeting, resolving issues, assistance when needed)

-counting change back accurately to customers

-counting drawers at beginning and end of shifts

-being a team player with upper management, leadership, and all other staff members

-energetic, friendly, upbeat

-weekends a must, game days a must

This position will start out as part time hours mostly evening between 1pm-8:30pm Mon-Sat 9:30-6:30pm on Sundays. Occasional morning or mid shift. This position will have the potential to move into full time as business requires. Average 25 hours starting out.
