Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support front-of-house team members during daily operations
- Create a welcoming and hospitable experience for every guest
- Ensure order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Coach team members on hospitality, communication, and Chick-fil-A standards
- Help manage breaks, positioning, and team communication during shifts
- Support front counter, drive-thru, dining room, mobile orders, and guest recovery
- Communicate clearly with kitchen leaders and restaurant leadership
- Help train new front-of-house team members and support their development
- Solve guest and team challenges quickly, calmly, and professionally
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
- Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
