Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and energize the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Set the tone for service and create a positive, welcoming environment
• Train, coach, and support team members in hospitality excellence
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency, care, and professionalism
• Monitor cleanliness, order accuracy, and dining room flow
• Maintain security and accountability for all cash handling
• Serve as a keyholder and lead successful shift transitions
• Communicate team performance and development needs to leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, or FOH Manager
• Hospitality-minded leader with a heart for serving people
• Excellent communicator with a professional demeanor
• Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable
• Strong sense of urgency and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for developing others and creating a great guest experience
• 1+ year of stable job tenure preferred
• Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts
