This role requires ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency to ensure priorities are executed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of 10-20 people at a time
- Engage with guests, vendors, and business partners
- Learn and engage with business systems
- Other duties as assigned
Availability Requirements
- Able to work between 25-45 hours a week
- Able to open (5 AM) or close (11 PM)
- Able to work Fridays and/or Saturdays
Other Requirements
- Associates Degree or higher (2+ years of relevant professional experience can be considered)
- Reliable method of transportation

- Support and promote the decisions of the business
