Front of House Team Member

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• Minimum of 3 days / 20 hours per week
• Daylight and evening shifts available
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak with a Friendly Tone
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Be able to work outside in the weather for periods of time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
• Must be able to use fine motor skills
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions typical of Florida environment (heat, rain, wind, etc)
• Must be able to lift at most 50 pounds
• Must be able to read and understand policies and procedures in English
• Must be able to stoop, bend, turn, and twist
• Must be able to walk up to 2 miles (this is for outside expo)
• Must be able to work outside up to 5 hours a day in rotating shifts
• Must be able to move quickly
• Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and project their voice/enunciate as to be heard and understood 
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be available to work on Saturdays (lunch or dinner daypart)
