Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create eye contact to make emotional connections with guests
• Speak enthusiastically and communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Multitask quickly and efficiently
• Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Drive-thru team works outdoors 70% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and day or night shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry 25 lbs on a regular basis
