Front of House Team Member

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to every guest
• Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy
• Prepare and serve food following Chick-fil-A quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations during all shifts
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates to meet guest needs
• Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
• Arrive on time and ready to work scheduled shifts

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors and tolerate all types of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind (e.g., drive-thru, curbside, or order-taking roles)

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work at this location
• Ability to work opening and/or closing shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must have Saturday availability
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow directions and company standards
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
