Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Operate cash registers and serve orders with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and productive workstation
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Front of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and stand for long periods
