Chick-fil-A Avalon Park | Full-Time & Part-Time

At Chick-fil-A Avalon Park, our Front of House Team Members help guests feel welcome while keeping service moving quickly and accurately. We’re looking for dependable people who enjoy serving others, work well with a team, and are willing to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and take accurate orders at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Prepare drinks, assemble orders, and check items and special requests before handing them to guests.
• Help guests with questions and work with teammates and leaders to resolve concerns.
• Move between responsibilities as business needs change.
• Keep the dining room, service areas, and workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food-safety procedures and restaurant standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Friendly, respectful communication with guests and teammates.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at a steady pace.
• Willingness to receive feedback, learn new tasks, and help where needed.
• Ability to stay focused and adjust priorities in a busy restaurant.

No previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is required. We provide training.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Shift placement depends on your availability and restaurant needs. Please provide the specific days and times you can consistently work, including Saturday availability. We are closed on Sundays.

Pay & Team Benefits

Starting pay is $15/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $16/hour within six months through availability and performance-based pay increases.
