Full-Time Hospitality positions (Front of House) $20 per hour. We say starting because we have tremendous opportunities for personal, professional, and financial development. Team Leaders (Shift Leads) earn $22/hour with Directors and Restaurant Leaders earning even more.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
