Front of House Team Member (5:30am to 2pm)

Working Hours: Seeking team members with availability between 5:45am to 5:00pm

Part-time – Up to $13 per hour

Full-time - $13 to $15 per hour

Front of House team member responsibilities: 

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak in a Friendly Tone to Guests
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• No experience necessary

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
