WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Front of House Team Member, you help create the experience our guests remember.

You may:

• Welcome guests and take orders with genuine hospitality.

• Work at the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, or custard area.

• Prepare and serve Fresh Frozen Custard.

• Maintain accuracy while moving with urgency.

• Deliver orders and make sure guests have what they need.

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.

• Communicate with the kitchen and notice what needs to be done, and step in when help is needed.

You’ll also build confidence communicating with guests, learn how a fast-moving restaurant operates, and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow.
