Position Type

• Full-Time (32+ hours per week)
• Must be 16 years or older

Compensation

• $17.15-17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions and/or less than 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience
• $18.00-18.90/hour with open availability, prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience, and/or at least 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service with a smile
• Take and fulfill orders at the counter or drive-thru
• Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside
• Prepare drinks, treats, and milkshakes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Assist with mobile app orders and catering pickup
• Restock supplies and support your team
• Communicate effectively and follow safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and positive individuals (ages 16+)
• Consistent and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Willing to work some peak shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs
• Strong communication skills and a desire to serve others
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
