Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. The Front Office Assistant will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our front office operations. As the face of our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle various administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Manage and schedule appointments for staff members
• Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval
• Assist with basic clerical duties such as typing, copying, and data entry

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• Proven work experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
