Hours:

Monday & Tuesday 7am -6pm

Wednesday 7am -1pm

Thursday 8:30am - 12:30pm

1 Saturday per month 8am -12pm

Basic Skills:

Verify PPO insurance with breakdowns, Enter Insurance Frequencies, Post Patient Payments, Generate/Present Treatment Plans, Maintain Reception Area, Confirmation Calls, Generate and call recall list, Financial Planning (In house/care credit), Scanning Documents, Knowledge of ADA codes, EOD Reports, Call in Prescriptions

Advance Skills:

Post Insurance Payments, Specialty Referrals, Calling on Pending Claims, Submit Insurance Claims, Submit Pre -determinations, Post EOB's, Reading EOB's, Insurance Narratives for Denials, Submit X -Rays to insurance, Manage Office inventory, EOM Reports, Prepare mail/billing statements, Sending PPO Claims

Experience:

4 -5 years
