This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Office Representative, you will manage incoming calls, greet guests, and coordinate appointments while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar coordination.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
