Colorado West Ear, Nose, & Throat / Audiology & Allergy is under new management and is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Team Member to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy specialty medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism 
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs 
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments 
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information 
• Collect co-pays and process payments 
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system 
• Coordinate patient flow with providers and clinical staff 
• Assist with referrals, medical records requests, and other administrative tasks 
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming 
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors 

Qualifications

• Previous medical office or healthcare experience 
• Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification 
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
