Think you can handle the fastest station in the building?

We’re looking for a Fry Conductor — someone who thrives under pressure, moves with speed, and can stay locked in during the heart of our lunch rush.

This is not a position where you’ll rotate between ten different jobs.

You have one mission: FRIES.

For your entire shift, you will operate the fry station at a rapid pace — loading fries into the fryer, pulling them when they’re ready, and scooping them for our team. Again. And again. And again.

When lunch takes off, this station is our flight deck.

Orders are coming in. Bags are moving. Cars are rolling through the Drive-Thru. And the entire operation is counting on you to keep the fries flying.

YOUR MISSION

As our Fry Conductor, you will:

• Load baskets of fries into the fryer
• Pull fries quickly and consistently when ready
• Scoop and portion fries at a fast, continuous pace
• Keep the fry station moving throughout the lunch rush
• Stay focused, organized, and composed in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Maintain Chick-fil-A food safety and cleanliness standards at your station

THIS IS OUR MOST FAST-PACED POSITION

We want to be very clear about what you’re applying for.

The Fry Conductor station can be intense.

You’ll be standing, moving, scooping, loading, and working around hot equipment for the majority of your shift. During peak lunch periods, there may be very little downtime.

Some people will look at that and say, “No thanks.”

Others will look at it and say:

“Put me in.”

Those are the people we want to meet.

REQUIRED AVAILABILITY

Monday–Saturday

10:30 AM–4:00 PM

Availability during this time period is required for this position.

Please do not apply for the Fry Conductor position unless you are consistently available from 10:30 AM–4:00 PM.

This role is specifically designed to cover our lunch rush, so we cannot accommodate applicants who need to arrive later or leave earlier.

PAY

$16.50 per hour
