FS Posting Specialist

The FS Posting Specialist is responsible for accurately posting and balancing payments, processing client remittances, and supporting daily accounting functions in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments received in the office accurately and timely 
• Perform daily balancing of all posted payments 
• Process daily remittances for various clients 
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets 
• Cross-train to support multiple areas within the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
• Strong 10-key and general clerical skills 
• Basic understanding of accounting functions 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Must be able to pass a background check (FBI/BCI) 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in payment posting, accounting, or office support roles 
• Experience working with spreadsheets and high-volume data entry
