About Us: A fast growing and established specialty Asian food market is looking experienced FT Assistant Manager. Strong organizational skill, excellent customer service and attention to details are a must. The position will work between 30~40 hours a week and will increase up to 50% more hours during peak season between Nov and March. In addition to excellent benefit, we also provide opportunity for on-site training in Asian food knowledge and career advancement training. As the speciality store is going online, the individual has great chances to develop and learn during next few years. Job description:

• Manage store operation and assist team member in checkout, merchandise, produce department
• Maintain high customer and employee satisfaction: make customers WOW
• Prepare for future growth
• Work Hour 30~40 hours/wk.

Requirement We seek talent experienced manager from any industry background with any major studied as long as you are:

• At least 3 year managerial experiences
• Associate degree
• Strong people skill and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly detailed oriented and self-motivated
• Most important: Engar to learn new things and challenge yourself.
• Pass required background check
• Two Professional references. For example: store/district manager or from previous employers.
• Lift up to 35 lbs on frequent basis
