Our space is as striking as our menu: modern, moody, and designed to impress. We’re currently hiring part-time Hosts to join our team. Ideal candidates are polished, personable, and comfortable in a fast-paced fine-dining environment. HOST POSITION SUMMARY:

Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes while keeping a smooth and orderly flow in the restaurant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
• Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any question customers may have effectively.
• Take reservations and enter on OpenTable according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible.
• Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
• Relay messages to servers, bus, and manager as needed, especially guest notes from OpenTable.
• Help with bussing and drink service if time warrants. 
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).


• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.


• Ability to work in high pressure situations.


• Must be 21 or older due to responsibilities that include working in areas where alcohol is served


• A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY
