Fulfillment Supervisor - Distribution Warehouse

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Walker Furniture is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily fulfillment operations, lead warehouse personnel, and ensure customer orders are accurately picked, inspected, staged, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse team members while maintaining productivity, accuracy, attendance, and accountability.
• Oversee order picking, product inspections, staging, and delivery preparation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and picking errors.
• Coordinate workflow and priorities to meet changing delivery demands.
• Train employees on company safety policies, proper material handling, lifting procedures, and equipment operation.
• Enforce warehouse security and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance and ensure merchandise and company property are properly accounted for.
• Promote teamwork, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required; supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Commitment to workplace safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees across departments.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment, with or without reasonable      accommodation.
