Powder Coating Systems is looking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our facility in Tacoma, Washington. 

This specialized position is full time. The normal shift runs from 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday with some overtime expected. This position pays from $28-$32 an hour depending on experience. 

We offer six paid holidays a year after the initial ninety day probationary period as well as Paid time Off that accrues from the first day of hire. We also offer Dental, Accidental Disability, and other such benefits after the initial ninety days as well. (Note: we currently do not offer Medical.) There is also a Sales Based Production Bonus that accrues monthly and is paid out Quarterly which can be explained fully during the interview. 

The person in this position is directly responsible to the Owner/President of the company involving all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Taxes. Applicants for this position must be experts in Excel, Quickbooks and Paylocity. Their duties will include: 

-Reviewing Invoices and Credit Card Deposits. 

-Scheduling Payments of Bills. 

-Handling Payroll for a current team of 20 employees as well as calculating bonuses.

-Handling all Taxes and Fees.

The following are the minimum requirements for this position:

 -2-5 years in a related job role handling A/P, A/R, Taxes and Payroll.

 -High School Diploma or equivalent as well as a technical/associates degree.

 -The ability to multi-task. 

The following would be helpful:

-Knowledge of metal finishing nomenclature. 

-Human Resource experience. 

-Clerical experience including answering phones, customer service and such like.
