Senior Search Consultant / Full Desk Recruiter

KDS is looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to lead the full-desk recruitment efforts with the potential to build out and run a practice. The right candidate will need the ability to identify a company, sell search services, account manage properly to win more business, and find great people to fill those positions. We are looking for the right person to expand our footprint and build out our business!

As a Search Consultant, You Will Be…

• Overseeing your own book of business of new and existing clients and candidates

• Creating drip marketing campaigns to expand our footprint and develop new clients

• Identify candidates utilizing a variety of recruiting tools, referrals and networking

• Managing the entire candidate process from engagement to offer

• Handling the account management process from beginning to end

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency setting

• 3+ years of business development experience in an agency

• Ability to leverage your previous relationships in any industry

• Highly relationship driven and ethical
