Interview Process (3 Stages)

1. Recruiter Intro Call – 30 minutes
   
   Initial discussion via J&T Recruitment.
   

2. Full Stack Technical Interview – 90 minutes
   
   Java backend coding challenge and frontend architecture discussion.
   

3. Final Engineering Interview – 60 minutes
   
   System design discussion and team fit.
