Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.


• Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.


• Balance the cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.


• Process and electronically deposit checks.


• Enter and maintain vehicle information in dealership systems.


• Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents.


• Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously and efficiently.


• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.


• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.


• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.


• Must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends required.
