Description
The IOP Director is responsible for maintaining all addiction services-related programs to standard, fidelity, and performance excellence. Staff supervision of staff in addiction services, IOP, MAT services, and development of substance use clinical protocol. Maintain and support staff in ethical decision-making, maintaining HIPAA standards, and adhering to all standards set for by the state related to addiction services.
Requirements
Exempt, Full-Time Position
Independently Licensed in the state of New Mexico. (LCSW or LPCC)
Bilingual-Spanish Speaking Strongly Encouraged to Apply
Compensation: Starting at $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience
