Description

We are a small physicians' office with 4 providers. We have a beautiful brand new office that looks over the Indian River Lagoon. We are looking for someone who is going to fit it well and stay for a long time.

Job Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and taking initial history
• Charting in the electronic medical record
• Updating medications, medical history, allergies
• Entering medication and laboratory orders
• Calling patients to explain test results and changes in treatment
• Cross Covering the allergy department - allergy injections and testing
• Cleaning medical equipment and sterilizing it

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate
• Computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience in AthenaOne or Phreesia a plus
• ENT or Allergy experience a plus
