Location: Orchard Place Residential Campus – Des Moines, Iowa
Position: Full-Time

We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team and support children and adolescents on their journey toward wellness.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7a-7p OR Monday-Friday 7a-4p.
Pay:
- LPN - $28.00 base, commensurate with experience
- ASN - $38.00 base, commensurate with experience
- BSN - $40.00 base, commensurate with experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program.
- Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.
- Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being.
- Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Iowa RN or LPN license with pediatric or psychiatric experience preferred.
- A heart for children and a passion for trauma-informed care.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR and medication administration.
- Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
Criminal, Abuse Registry and Motor Vehicle Record checks required.
