Full Time Porter - Apartments

Description

Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (maintenance, janitorial and grounds) to join our team in in Fayetteville, NC. Offering full benefits, quarterly bonuses, 2 weeks paid time off and the opportunity for career growth and advancement. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and helping with light maintenance tasks. We are willing to train the right person and there is opportunity for growth!

Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Compensation, Benefits & Perks!    

- Compensation: $16.00/ HR
