Full Time Private Chef - Memphis, TN - This Role Has Been Filled

Wonderful opportunity for the right chef.  High level executive is seeking a private chef to cook for two people five to six days a week from their modern home in Memphis, TN.

The focus is on breakfast and lunch most days.  Dinner/dinner parties only about 10-20 times a year.  Chef will also be required to provide meals for frequent air travel (the chef will not be traveling with the principal). Generally, a casual, but highly elevated approach to meals, with modern and creative plating techniques, locally sourced-highest quality ingredients.  There will be a mix of casual meals and high level business meetings/meals.

Chef will be highly creative and adaptable to last minute changes.

Chef must have experience in high-end restaurants, adept at making varying, global cuisines and a high proficiency in sourcing and cooking perfectly sourced seafood several times a week. Principal enjoys many types of cuisines.  Ability to source and create sushi is a must.  There are no immediate food aversions and no food allergies.
